Using the cornerstones as a springboard, our corporate consultant, Christina Isenhower, teaches core elements of effective leadership, including trust, setting and maintaining direction, managing conflict and supporting employees with empathy.

During the session, we’ll cover the role of emotional awareness, emotional management, and empathy in every element of leadership.

Three Phases That Develop Better Leaders

We’ll start with the basics of effective management, including:
