À La Carte Services:
Support as You Need It

In addition to our full-service EAP plans, we offer à la carte EAP services to support your organization and your employees through individual issues and company-wide changes.

Regardless of whether you use us for your company’s employee assistance program or not, you can access these fee-for-service, à la carte options.

These à la carte EAP services are designed to give you flexibility to care for your entire population or a specific segment that demands your focus.

You can speak with us anytime to enhance your existing contract, supplement your current vendor’s services, or to access an experienced partner with a comprehensive network and risk managers to help your organization navigate a particular situation.

Mental Health Sessions

Our mental health team is ready to support your employees
when they need it most.

For Individuals

When an employee is struggling with their mental health, they may experience acute symptoms that impact their performance at work and their relationship with colleagues.

You can expand your contract to include additional counseling, coaching, and spiritual care sessions for a single employee going through a tough time. Or, if you don’t have a contract, we can design a plan to help your distressed employees.

For Specific Population Segments

Your plan can grow with you. Extend your EAP benefit at any time during your contract to include segments of your population, such as retired and part-time employees, and long-term contractors.

As you plan for organizational growth, ensure your leadership team and future leaders are prepared by supplementing your current plan with coaching sessions to develop the skills they need to be effective leaders.

For Your Entire Organization

You can increase the number of sessions for your entire staff during times of disruption or to assess the overall impact across your organization.

Based on your organization’s goals, you can experience improvements in productivity, mental health outcomes, higher job satisfaction, reduced absenteeism, and increased engagement and retention.

When employers know you care about their mental health, word spreads, boosting your reputation and attracting top talent.

Life Management Services

Specific resources for employees as they navigate life’s challenges

Every day brings challenges that take a toll on employees’ mental health. Financial challenges, complex family dynamics, childcare, and elder care are just a small sample of what people inside your company are dealing with day in and day out.

By offering our Life Management Services, employees can use resources to help them work through challenges and find solutions. These range from adoption assistance and care for aging parents to financial coaching and legal assistance — all to help finding the right care for each unique situation.

When they have a team to help tackle these issues, they’ll be less stressed and more prepared to be their very best at work.

Risk Management Services

Every organization will face a crisis. Our experts will help you respond and navigate challenges.

Because employees spend so much of their lives at work, parts of their personal lives will inevitably spill into the workplace. Your workplace is a unique intersection where much of an employee’s life collides. Your workforce brings far more to the office than we often realize, and sometimes, those issues, whether driven by a work event or something at home, can spark a crisis.

Our risk management experts are here to quickly support employees in crisis, provide your managers with expert advice on workplace behavioral issues, and help your organization navigate unexpected incidents that disrupt workflow and cause emotional distress for employees.

Management Consultations:

A Go-To Support System for Your Managers

Your managers can connect with our risk managers whenever they need a trusted source to identify and discuss ways to prevent and resolve workplace productivity, disruptions, and behavioral concerns.

Our risk team is skilled in working with ADA, FMLA, DOT and case law relative to equitable treatment of employees with mental health issues.

In addition, we partner with you to develop strategies and resources that align with your policies to address even the most complex and sensitive matters. Our expert Risk Management team can provide consultations regarding:

Critical Incident Response

Companies, like people, occasionally face crises. And like the friend you call on when you need help, our team is there to listen, offer insight, and guide you through critical incident response.

From an unexpected employee’s death to your office damaged by a natural disaster, we respond to a range of crises. In the immediate aftermath, we’re available for on-site and virtual support through one-on-one meetings with employees or group support.

We’ll work with your managers to help them navigate the challenge with their teams. And we’ll continue to be there for you as you build long-term resilience while your team wades through the waters of crisis. We’re on call 24/7, whenever you need us.

Layoff and Reduction-In-Force

Workforce reductions are one of the hardest times for any company.  We work as a team, with your leaders, to support your strategic plan.

From making announcements to preparing management for common reactions, we provide guidance on the behavioral health impact on the workforce. Our consultants can recommend seminars to support the transition, be on-site to help those impacted, and review EAP resources to address their needs.

A debriefing with leadership and a discussion about monitoring the remaining workforce is also available.

Termination Assistance

Terminations aren’t easy for the employee or the organization.

We help employees successfully transition with dignity and look to future career opportunities. Our team guides them on how to discuss termination with their family.

We also consult about the potential for violence and other hostile acts, and we provide counseling and resources to help reduce the risk of retaliation.
